Las Iguanas

This project consisted of 15 luxury oceanside villas. Each of the private villas ranges from 600 to 1000 square meters and are located around the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Models feature interior pools, jacuzzi, and Caribbean style terrace with views to lush tropical gardens, the ocean, the lakes or the golf course itself. The insulating concrete system used in the construction of these villas affords extremely quiet homes with energy efficient air conditioning throughout. They are also engineered by Normerica to meet the strict hurricane guidelines of Dade County, Florida.
