McFarlane
Since childhood, Chris has been immersed in the world of timber frame buildings, thanks to his father's founding of Normerica. He has worn many hats within the company, starting from working on construction sites to now overseeing daily operations. Chris thrives on meeting with clients, delving into their dream projects and turning their visions into reality.

Delzotto
Al joined Normerica in 2013, and brings more than 20 years of client management experience in custom design solutions. He applies both a pragmatic approach and creativity to bring his clients’ vision to life.

Berlo
Anita is a talented designer with background in interior design. Clients love working with her and she regularly brings creative suggestions to our designs, which our clients always appreciate.
Dale
Buckingham
Dale, a 20-year team member with a deep technical understanding of timber frames, leads the design of all our projects from preliminary to permit, including material sourcing and research and site supervision.
David
Lagani
David oversees logistics at Normerica. He does purchase orders, as well as receives and tracks deliveries. He’ll make sure your Normerica timber frame gets safely to your site.
Denise
Ashbourne
Denise is essential in the day-to-day operations of Normerica. She not only runs payroll, accounts payable, and assists with end month, but she is often behind all the great social events our staff gets to regularly enjoy.

Gelinas
Doug provides overall leadership for the design, production, quality assurance, materials and logistics, and post-sales service. He drives the continuous improvement of our techniques and processes.

Murray
Hugh joined Normerica in 2000 to help people make their vision of the ideal timber frame home come to life. He loves visiting client sites all over Ontario to help them plan the best designs for their property.

Justin is an experienced pricing specialist whose detail-oriented focus and exacting standards enable us to deliver price pricing and update changes in a timely fashion for all our projects.

Lynn leads the Normerica finance group. She controls all financial aspects of the company, from financial reporting to tracking budgets. We’re grateful to have Lynn to ensure we stay on track and financially healthy.
